The negotiated rulemaking committee advising the NPS on the development of a permanent ORV plan met on Friday, Nov. 14 and Saturday, Nov. 15. The meetings focused on two issues–ORV routes and trails and Turtle management. The following links provide information regarding the meeting. Furthermore, the meetings were video taped.
