USFWS has published the final rule regarding the redesignation of Critical Habitat for the wintering population of the Piping Plover. The federal register document includes not only the designation but, also USFWS’s response to comments submitted during the comment period. OBPA is consulting with their attorneys regarding whether or not USFWS has complied with the court decision rendered in their previous law suit and anticipates challenging the redesignation.
